Jackson Homes Inc. is registered with Tarion, the new home warranty program, to make your home buying experience pleasant and worry free. Our quality of building is above the standards of Tarion and the Ontario Building Code, to ensure the final product is of the highest quality. Our Builder # is 39460.

PRICING NOTE: Our house prices are based on the land that we own.  Seeing that every lot is completely different, any other lots that Jackson Homes Inc. does not own, will be subject to extra costs.  These costs include Hydro, entrances, extra fill, lot financing, any potential tree clearing costs, and travel costs.
